Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Sonnr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sonnr is operated by Kaay Apparel. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Sonnr is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for garment manufacturers. It provides order management, production pipeline tracking, employee and machine management, client portals, GST-compliant invoicing, AI-powered insights, and related manufacturing operations tools.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Each factory account ("tenant") is isolated. You may not access other tenants' data.
  • You may invite team members (admins, supervisors) and clients to your tenant. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security measures.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.
  • Upload malicious files or content.
  • Resell access to the Platform without written permission.

5. Your Data

  • Ownership: You own all data you enter into the Platform (orders, clients, employees, designs, invoices). We do not claim ownership of your data.
  • License: You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Platform's services, including AI-powered features.
  • Export: You may export your data at any time via CSV export features or by contacting us.
  • Deletion: Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

6. AI Features

The Platform uses Google Gemini AI to provide features such as Factory Pulse briefings, natural language queries, and assignment suggestions.

  • AI outputs are generated from your production data and are provided as suggestions, not guarantees.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and acting on AI recommendations. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
  • AI features are rate-limited (50 queries per day per tenant).
  • Your data sent to Google Gemini is processed under Google's API terms and is not used to train Google's models.

7. Invoicing & Tax

The Platform provides tools to generate GST-compliant invoices. However, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, tax calculations, and compliance with applicable tax laws. Sonnr is not a tax advisor and does not guarantee the correctness of generated invoices.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is published on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, or downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonnr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
